GENERAL INFORMATION

The preformed dead-end for alumosteel cable (APRA)is applied on the execution of mechanical terminations in aluminum clad steel cables when high tensile strength without damaging the cable by effort concentration is required. Made from aluminum clad steel wires. An abrasive material applied on its inner side improves the gripping on the cable.

ADVANTAGES

• Economical;
• Easy to apply and good appearance;
• Tension of 100% of cable breaking strength;
• Note: The grounding connection should not be performed on the loop but straight on the cable itself.
